ALL DAY KINDERGARTEN TUITION

All Day Kindergarten Tuition was due on March 15th.  April 15th will be the final payment due for All Day Kindergarten for the 2013-2014 school year.

BERNIE’S BOOK BANK COLLECTION

D303 is forming a partnership with Bernie's Book Bank, a non-profit organization devoted to providing books to elementary children who are at-risk learners. This is a wonderful organization located in Lake Forest, Illinois, supporting literacy learning by providing books to children who need them.  They have been supporting children in the northern suburbs and are extending this outreach to St. Charles. More information is available on their website http://www.berniesbookbank.org/ .

D303 is supporting Bernie's Book Bank this April by conducting a district-wide book collection drive from April 7-18. The books that we collect will be donated to Bernie's Book Bank to support many children in the Chicagoland area including students in District 303. Gently used or new books for preschool through 6th grade level students are accepted for donation.

A donation bin will be located outside of the Norton Creek office.  Click on the attached flyer for more information.

BREAKFAST BAR/JUICE BOX DRIVE FOR D303 STUDENTS (SCHOOLS HELPING SCHOOLS)

During the month of March, please bring boxes of breakfast bars and/or juice boxes to school and leave them in the office.  We will be collecting them from Norton Creek Elementary School.

These are to help the Saint Charles Mothers’ Club help those who do not get breakfast before coming to school.  The Club wants to make sure all students start the day with a full belly.

We would prefer the bars to be whole grain and no NUTS or nut products.  We would also prefer the juice to be 100% juice.

Thank you for helping the Saint Charles Mothers’ Club help those in need.

The Saint Charles Mothers’ club is a non-profit philanthropic and social organization serving the Fox Valley communities since 1924.  If you are interested in learning more or joining in our efforts, go to www.stcmothersclub@gmail.com  for more information.
